A brief profile of each principal is provided below.
Kamal Mohanty, President & CEO
Kamal founded Lamak Group in 2007 as a specialized staffing company focused on technology and Management. Kamal believed in the social network of recruiting through reference. Kamal has more than 10 yrs of successful business development experience in the IT recruitment and consulting space. Prior to founding Lamak Group Kamal was instrumental in building and operating several startup companies. Kamal is responsible for Client Development and Firm Administration. A native of Orissa, India, Kamal received his MBA in Information Systems & Corporate Finance from Georgia Technology in Atlanta GA. Kamal now resides in Cumming, GA. Ian Mason, Principal
Ian Mason has been with Lamak Group since its inception in 2007. Ian is responsible for overall firm business development and client service. His most recent position prior to joining Lamak Group was that of Managing Director for British Petroleum, FFBU division. His responsibilities included overseeing operations in three offices, including over 350 FTEs and managing over $40 million in annual revenue. This, coupled with his years of consulting experience, allows Ian to bring valuable perspectives into play when assisting clients optimize their IT investment. A native of Norfolk, Virginia, Ian is a graduate of Old Dominion University, taking a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Ian now resides in Vinings, GA.
Harald Naumann, CTO
Harald Naumann joined Lamak Group in 2007 and leads the Technology division. Harald has over 20 years of Information Technology development and management experience. He is a leading technical expert in the area of large, Web-based and client/server applications using a broad range of development tools and leading data base management systems as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. Prior to joining Lamak Group Harald was the VP of Development at Round Solutions Inc.
Kurt Giebel, CFO
Kurt Giebel joined Lamak Group in 2007 and heads the finance and accounting division. Kurt has over 15 yrs of Financial & Corporate Management experience. Kurt was the Chief Controller of BAM Logistics in Tampa FL.
Jennifer Lewis, Principal Advisor
Jennifer Lewis joined Lamak Group in 2010, and has been an advisor on our specialized recruiting and brand marketing. Additionally, Jennifer is a proven leader, with years or personnel management and mentoring experience within both large and small organizations.
